Retention of audit logs is based on Kissmefortytimes' legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in ensuring the integrity of the competition.

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 3 years. Submitted images are retained for the duration of the competition season and archived thereafter.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. Response time: 1 month.
